Every Tea Length piece is prepared with care in our Hyderabad atelier before it leaves for you. Below is how we ship within India and internationally.
Processing time
- Ready-to-wear pieces — dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
- Made-to-measure & bespoke pieces — lead times vary by garment and are confirmed at the time of order or consultation (typically 4–8 weeks). We will keep you updated throughout production and finishing.
Shipping within India
- Complimentary express shipping on domestic orders above ₹20,000.
- Standard domestic shipping rates apply below the complimentary threshold and are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone number is correct for courier coordination.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners.
- Where offered, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping means applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping quote shown at checkout — so your piece arrives without surprise fees at delivery.
- International transit times vary by destination; estimated delivery windows are shared once your order is dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. If you have not received tracking within the stated processing window, please contact us at tealength@gmail.com.
Delivery issues
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please photograph the outer packaging and garment and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.
