Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because many Tea Length pieces are made-to-measure, hand-finished, or produced in small batches, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.
Ready-to-wear pieces
- Unused, unworn items with all original tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, alteration, perfume, or damage.
- Sale or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Made-to-measure, bespoke & altered pieces
- Custom-made, personalised, or altered garments are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
- We conduct fittings and confirmations before production wherever possible to ensure the perfect fit and finish.
Exchanges
- Eligible ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged for another size or style (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing tealength@gmail.com with your order number.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Return process
- Email tealength@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
